I’ve always been a bigger dude. I’ve always wanted to get in shape and get fit, but I seem to always get in my own way and come up with excuses as to why I can’t get fit.
I’m currently trying to make the change and put in the work to finally eat right and get the proper amount of daily exercise. I’m trying to have a new mindset and watch what I eat. Sometimes I just don’t think twice about what I eat, and if its in front of me I’ll just go after it.
I’ve started hitting the weights lately as well. This isn’t as simple as it was when I was in high school. I was given a lifting program and we were told to get after it. Now I feel like I have no idea what I am doing. I just want something I know that I can accomplish in the time I have throughout the day, but at the same time be challenged.
I want to get my body right and just feel good all the time.
It’s about time I make some sort of change.
